The Hindu Matha Maha Mandalam has become a multidimensional composite, stretching
its activities to areas spiritual, social and cultural. The spiritual portfolio is mainly looked after by
the Hindu Matha Parishat at Cherukolpuzha. To take care of the social and cultural centre is new
off shoot by name Vidyadhiraja Cultural Centre is now brought into being. This was formally
inaugurated on 4th Feb.,2008 by H.H.Satguru Bodhinatha Velan Swamikalof the Kavai
Adheenam, Hawaii,USA. To accommodate and control the various activities envisaged by the
centre, fresh premises for the same is planned on the land graciously donated by the
Puloodikalayil family, on the northern bank of river pampa, adjacent to Vidyadhiraja Nagar. The
foundation stone for the proposed building was laid by Sri T.K.A. Nair principal secretary to the
Prime Minister of India on 11th Feb., 2008. A structure estimated to cost to the tune of one crore
is already planned and the construction work was started in July 2009. The project is progressing
with the aim to complete the same by the centenary of the Maha Mandalam in 2012. In fact liberal
constructions from our friends and benefactors, spread all over the world are earnestly solicited.
